Teriya entered in the show as a wild card contestant and has emerged as the winner, defeating an outstanding professional choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan and awesome Shantanu Maheshwari.
Teriya, who has won the millions of hearts in India, Nepal and across the world with her marvelous dance from the beginning and had been impressing judges with her wonderful and power packed performances and dancing skill since she made her entry in the show.
This is not her first victory in dance reality show, She earlier titled the "Dance India Dance Little masters" season three in 2014, at the age of 11. She is now 14 years old.
Teriya's dance performances have always left the judges amazed and the audiences astonished from her journey in DID competition to Jhalak.
She had ups and downs in the show as she was voted out once. However, she entered as a challenger in the show again and showed her versatility. Today, She proved her ability, and took home the winning trophy, cash prize Rs 30 lakh with Renault brand car.
Jhalak Dikhla Jaa is one the most popular television dance reality shows and a biggest platform to show celebrities' dancing skills together with their professional dance partners. This show is hosted by versatile TV personality, actor and host Manish Paul and judged were Karan Johar, Farah Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ganesh Hegde.
