Some helpful tips to stay warm in Winter Season

Winter season is one of the most bizarre and unlikely seasons  for almost everyone.
There might be minimal  number of people who likes winter.

As weather becomes too cold in this season, one might get fall ill or suffers from various kind of diseases such as common cold, Jaundice, pneumonia, fever and so on.

Several number of people died in every year across the country cause  of excessive cold. An individual, who does not have enough warm clothes and secure shelter gets more affected by cold. The temperate turns into  around -0 degree  for three months and gets freezing in the morning and in evening.
Although,  local residents could not see sun once in a day in various parts of the country, have been passing tough time in this season.


So, I would like to share some helpful and beneficial tips to stay warm in the winter season as given below.

1. Take hot water as much as you can cause it helps to keep  your body warm and prevents from diseases like common cold, fever and others.

2. Take sufficient soup in numerous times as it helps to get warm in body and gains energy.

3. Try to take green or black tea for several times in a day, it keeps you hot.

4. Eat things which helps to increase temperate on body such as date palm, Nutmeg etc.

5. Do not stay in one place for longer time, try to move here and there or keep busy at work. It will brings more joy, energy and boosts body temperature. Thus, you will easily forget cold.
