Causes And Management of Gastritis
Acute or Chronic inflammation or irritation of the stomach or gastric mucous is generally known as gastric.
It happen suddenly or gradually cause by irregular food habit, use of excessive alcohol, stress, autoimmune causes, h-pylori, use of non-steroid inflammatory drugs, smoking, spicy food, chemotherapy and sometimes by the Bacteria and viruses as well.
Most of people are suffering from gastric in this era are not affected only their health rather it disturbed their daily basis work routine.
We can say that it is an initial chain of many other disease, if we left untreated,eg ulcer of stomach cancer and lead up to the death of an individual.
Due to many reason gastric increase inside our stomach and develop up to the stomach cancer. But if we are aware of our life style and eating things we can control it.
Usually these Eight reason causes possible gastric. So it would be better to keep these things in balance:
1- Sleeping:
At least seven hours of sleep need for healthy individual. Lack of sufficient sleep may be the problem of indigestion and that causes gastric.
2- Munching food well:
Do not be hurry while eating food, take time and munch well. If not you will suffer from indigestion causes gastric.
3- Exercise:
We need our metabolism system good to digest our food . So exercise made our metabolism system strong and save from gastric.
4-Constant sitting:
Constant sitting is not good for our digestive system, that may produce gas inside our stomach and gastric.
5- Much sweet food
Excessive sweet causes gastric,so avoid these food as much as possible.
6- Cold drink:
Mostly cold drinks contain carbodioxide bubble that may produce gas in the stomach and lead up to the gastric.
7- Oily Food:
Oily food is not very easy to digest, so if you are not working much ,it would be better to reduce oily food.
8- Alcohol:
Alcohol ,beer and wine contain acid ,these kinds of drinks produce more gas and gastrict in the stomach.
